Wine and Grilled food pairing
07/17/2024
We are now deep into Grilling weather. Although many people think that grilling and beer are a perfect pairing, wine is also a fantastic pairing with all things Grilled.
Pairing wine with grilled foods does not need to be complicated or fancy, and you can drink red and/or white on a hot summer day. For the reds, it is OKAY to chill them a little. Put the bottle in the refrigerator 15 min before you are ready to drink it and the wine should be at a perfect temperature for outside drinking. Actually, a chilled glass of wine can bring out the flavors in your foods in some very delicious ways.
