4 Individual Ultra Thin Pizza Crusts (I used Golden Home Brand)
Ready made Pesto (I made my own, but it is quicker with the ready made)
Mini frozen Italian meatballs (if you can't find the mini, use regular size and cut them up)
Cherry tomatoes cut in half
Sliced mushrooms
Chopped sweet bell pepper
Shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh chives and basil for topping ⠀
Red pepper flakes if deisred
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 450˚F and set oven rack to the middle position OR heat Grill to high
Remove pizza crusts from packaging and spread pesto on crusts
Microwave the frozen meatballs for about 60 seconds to warm them through.
Top Pesto pizza crusts with meatballs, tomatoes, mushrooms and bell pepper
Top pizza with Cheeses
Place pizza in the oven directly on the oven rack and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown ORplace on grill and immediately turn grill down to med-low.
Top the baked pizza with fresh chopped basil, chives and/or red pepper flakes as desired
