STEP 1: In the bowl of a food processor, combine: Cream cheese, feta, olive oil, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp honey, garlic, mint and Greek seasoning. Pulse until well combined, scrapping down the dies of the bowl as necessary. If the consistency is to thick, add more olive oil.
STEP 2: Transfer to a shallow bowl or plate for serving. Create a shallow well in the center of the dip, pour honey into the well.
STEP 3: Sprinkle top of dip with ground pistachios and black pepper. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, pita chips, etc.....
