Grilled Flat Bread with smoked gouda, tomato and spinach
Ingredients
• 3 naan flatbreads, or small pre-baked pizza crust, pita or other flat bread
• 6 ounces smoked gouda cut into chunks
• 3 tomatoes thinly sliced
• Spinach leaves
• 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil of choice
• 1.5 Tbsp coarsely chopped lemon thyme and Italian basil
Directions:
1. Mix in a small bowl the oil and herbs, set aside
2. Grill flatbreads for 3 – 5 minutes until cheese has melted and bottoms are toasty.
3. Place tomato and spinach leaves on top and brush with oil and herb mixture
4. Cut into wedges and enjoy!!
