Tasting Notes
A tribute to Michael Broadbent, wine guru, and founder of Christie’s wine auction, this Cabernet Sauvignon is ripe and fruity with blackberries, plums, cassis and very soft tannins. Still considered a dry wine, this Cab is bursting with fruit, it’s medium bodied, with very limited tannins. Absolutely smooth on the beginning of the taste, but the finish shows the bold characteristics of Napa Cabernet. A perfect food-less sipper.Wine Profile
