Wines to drink in warm weather!

Some of the latest staff favorite wines for “beating the heat” are:
Whites:
- Amethystos White Blend from Greece
- Ca Adua Gavi from Italy
- Pullus Pinot Grigio Orange Wine from Slovenia
- Boulder Bank Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand

Rosés:

- Don't Tell Mumm (Molly Dooker) chillable Shiraz from Australia

Serve cold but don’t over chill the wine or it will become “numb” in taste. A way to keep your wine cold without watering it down is to purchase several bunches of either green and red seedless grapes, remove from the stems, wash and pat dry. Place them in a zip-able bag in the freezer for several hours. When frozen, they make great ice cubes and when they become soft, either refreeze or pop into your mouth.
When the weather is warm, it doesn't matter what you are doing, nothing beats the heat like a chilled glass of wine. Cheers!
