' Marinated Sirlon Steaks w/ Mark Ryan The Shift - Vino Mas

Marinated Sirloin Steaks


  •  ½ cup lemon juice
  •  1/3 cup extra- virgin olive oil
  •  ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup minced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh OR 2 tsp dried rosemary
  •  ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb beef sirloin steak

Preheat grill

Combine ALL ingredients but steak in a shallow dish.  Add steak and turn to coat; cover and refrigerate at least 30 min to 1 hour.

Remove steak from marinade and grill 5-7 min on each side to desired doneness.  Remove stead and let rest for 5 min before serving.
